Story Arcs
Though Gintama may seem episodic and often reset its status-quo, there are arcs that contribute to the overarching story.
Arcs with a Long tag are officially named via the official fan books. They're not named strictly based on length, as even the shortest one from the bunch has 4 chapters. But according to the fan book, they make up stories that delve into character pasts and have rising stakes, which often lead into serious developments.
Other unofficially named arcs were recorded based on length, because you can't miss stories like the OWee or the Reunion Party! These are filtered out by default to place focus on the officially named long arcs, so use the filter checkbox to show all of it.
Use the arrow on each row to show the chapters or episodes that correspond to the arc. Use the columns to sort the data by manga or anime order.
